If you have been given a Session Key by a technician, enter the session key given in the "Session Key" field and click "Submit." (Please note that this is not your ticket number.)
If you have a ticket number for the issue, please enter it in the ticket number field.
If you would like to start a virtual "walk in" session with an EIT Service Desk technician, please choose "EIT Service Desk" in the section called "Issue Submission" and click "Submit." (For non-EIT customers, see Contacts below).
